ARCHITECTURAL INTERVENTION
Cobo calleja es el polígono industrial más grande en superficie de España. Está situado en el sur de Madrid. Este proyecto se trata de explorar las posibles maneras de funcionamiento del polígono. Explorando así la conexión entre naves, el reparto de productos, la calidad de los espacios y su propio uso.
Se proponen circuitos de materia, gestión de residuos y arquitectura plug-in para resolver las problemáticas actuales del ecosistema urbano industrial.
Cobo calleja is the largest industrial estate by surface area in Spain. It is located in the south of Madrid.
This project is about exploring the possible ways of functioning of the park. Exploring therefore the connection between warehouses, the distribution of products, the quality of the spaces and their own use.
Circuits of matter, waste management and plug-in architecture are proposed to solve the current problems of the industrial urban ecosystem.
